British Gypsum Gyproc ThermaLine PIR

Gyproc ThermaLine PIR is a gypsum plasterboard with vapour control layers bonded to high performance polyisocyanurate foam insulant to reduce the risk of condensation.

Use it in refurbishment and new build for walls, ceilings and room in the roof where a high level of cost effective thermal insulation is required to reduce heat loss from buildings

Uninsulated walls make rooms uncomfortable as well as expensive to heat and cool. Gyproc ThermaLine PIR packs more energy-saving power to help keep spaces at an ideal temperature.

Its double vapour barrier also stops moisture entering walls and ceilings, preventing damp and mould that can lead to structural damage and a less healthy environment.

This PIR backed board makes a great choice for lining home extensions, making older buildings more comfortable or for creating brand new spaces with great temperature control and improvements such as new room-in-the-roof spaces.

This plasterboard is made from Gyproc WallBoard 12.5mm bonded to a rigid polyisocyanurate foam (PIR) with a multi-layer kraft aluminium facer on both sides of the insulation foam.
